VIA FERRATA

If you've tried the Adventure Ropes Course this could be your next step, but it's big one. Journeying through a vertical rock world where you clip yourself onto metal safety lines and ladders that are permanantly fixed to the cliff. This is not for the faint hearted - don't forget to take your head for heights.

For those without Via Ferrata or climbing experience this is a guided activity, where your guide will look after your safety on your journey across the rock face via wire bridges and ladders. It's a fast growing sport in the Alpes and around France and Via Ferrata routes are equiped by regional authorities who also regularly inspect them.

Safety First

Guided or un-guided individuals are ultimately responsible for their own safety and should always wear the correct equipment and understand how to use it so as not to be a danger to themselves or others.
